Document Abstract
इस अध्ययन का उद्देश्य निश्चित रूप से इस रिपोर्ट को अलमारियों में रखना नहीं है, बल्कि इसका उपयोग परियोजना क्षेत्र में सामाजिक-आर्थिक स्थिति को समझने के लिए करना है, अर्थात् 3 तहसीलों (डभरा, खरसिया और रायगढ़) के 24 गांवों में 1833 परिवार शामिल हैं। इस अध्ययन में जांजगीर-चांपा और रायगढ़ जिलों में, और विभिन्न आवश्यकताओं, अवसरों और चुनौतियों का जवाब देने के लिए सुझाव प्रस्तुत किये हैं। स्पष्ट रूप से, इस क्षेत्र के निवासियों के सामाजिक-आर्थिक और सांस्कृतिक विकास के लिए डीबी पावर लिमिटेड कंपनी, सरकार और विकास एजेंसियों द्वारा कुछ पथ-प्रदर्शक पहल की गई हैं। हालाँकि सामुदायिक विकास की कुछ कठोर और पुरानी प्रथाएँ हैं, जो न केवल अपनी बढ़त और उद्देश्य खो चुकी हैं, बल्कि दृष्टिकोण और बुनियादी ढांचे को बनाए रखने के मामले में भी दायित्वहीन बन गई हैं। इसलिए यह अध्ययन सभी अध्येताओं को क्षेत्र में रहने वाले लोगों के समग्र विकास के लिए उपयुक्त रणनीति बनाने के लिए आमंत्रित करता है।
The purpose of this study is certainly not to put this report in the shelves, but to use it to understand the socio-economic situation in the project area, i.e. 1833 families in 24 villages of 3 tehsils (Dabhra, Kharsia and Raigarh). Huh. The study presents suggestions in Janjgir-Champa and Raigad districts, and to respond to various needs, opportunities and challenges. Clearly, some path-breaking initiatives have been taken by DB Power Limited Company, Government and development agencies for the socio-economic and cultural development of the residents of the region. However, there are some rigid and age-old practices of community development, which have not only lost their edge and purpose but have also become irresponsible in terms of approach and infrastructure to be maintained.
